Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by legalcops and in the event of any failure to commence or to continue arbitration by the arbitrator for any reasons whatsoever, the new arbitrator shall be appointed by legalcops.com only. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in Delhi, India. Nothing shall preclude legalcops from seeking interim or injunctive relief, or both, from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same.

Applicable Law : This Privacy Policy is an electronic contract formed under The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by The Information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.

Changes in the Privacy Policy : legalcops.com reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy on Suo Motu basis without any prior notice to reflect changes in the regulatory framework, technological advancement, to promote and generate good businesses. legalcops requests you to kindly visit our Privacy Policy every time you are providing any personal information.
